Film Works
This article is use for my portfolio, please help me to modify it: In my film works, I attempt to present my ideas in different ways. Some works use visual effects to enhance the visual impact, while others employ frame-by-frame shooting to showcase special visual effects. Some of them use simple image storytelling to express a subtle emotional connection, and of course, there also have some traditional film works.
Through my journey of learning film production, I have come to deeply appreciate the beauty and power of visual art. Film is a powerful medium that can convey emotions and thoughts through various aspects such as visuals, audio, and storytelling. I aspire for my works to inspire audiences and provide them with fresh perspectives and experiences.

DESTINED DEATH (2022)
Short Film
This short film was created in the form of a trailer, in which I used a lot of visual effects added with After Effects. The main plot of the story describes a person's ruthless pursuit of power by killing all versions of himself from other parallel universes.

THE KILLER (2021)
Feature Film
This movie is an original creation that was shot exclusively on a mobile phone, with the intention of capturing a first-person point of view. Through the use of slow-motion shots and filters, the movie portrays the various emotional states of its main character. It mainly talk about a person who borrows money to pay for his mother's medical treatment, only to find himself in a situation where he must commit murder for someone else due to his inability to repay his debts.

'Night Mother (2022)
Short Film
This short film is an adaptation of Marsha Norman's drama " 'Night, Mother" and focuses on the most impactful plotline in the original work. While the play portrayed the conflicts between a mother and daughter, in this short film, I chose to change the characters to Chinese. The mother speaks English while the daughter speaks Chinese, highlighting the irreconcilable conflicts between them, which ultimately leads to the daughter's resolute decision to take her own life.
